Friday the 4th found me, the wife & Milo the Pug, off to Horseshoe Pool for a short evening session with some sandwiches & flasks of Tea & Coffee.. I started fishing around 16.30 with my trusty Chapman 500 & Rapidex reel with 6lb line, attached to which was a quill float and a size 14 Korum Power hook with 2 grains of sweetcorn on. Not a bad session I had two Tench the biggest of which was 4lb on the nose & 5 pristine Rudd to about 6oz.
