Yesterday morning found us dodging the showers & trying to catch the last of the feeding Tinca's. Nothing doing, all we caught were a couple of small but good conditioned Rudd.. So we upped rod rests and headed for the local fishery...So setting up the Wallis Super Wizard & my trusty Rapidex of we went, with 4lb line & a 14 hook baited with bread. After a very nice 3 hour session we had caught. 5 skimmers one around the 2lb mark, a nice Crucian Carp of around 1lb 8oz and two Carp a Mirror of around 5lb and a Common of around 6lb..Happy days.....
